My Father's World
Today it seemed appropriate to continue the journey of one thousand endless gifts…
91. As we drove the narrow and winding road alongside the river today I was reminded that our journey in life is much the same, long, narrow and winding with no promises of an easier way or a shorter route, yet our destination is sure…I am thankful.
92. I looked up to the mountains and was reminded that my help comes from You. You are my Rock and my Salvation, and that you are as solid an unchanging as the mountains…I am thankful.
93. You are a lover of beauty – you have clothed he fields in green and sprinkled them with splashes of pink, orange and yellow. They live because of the life you give them and your provision of sunshine and rain to nourish them..you provide for me and I am thankful.
94. You are the wind beneath my wings…..the one who renews my strength, who lifts me up…..the eagles glide on the currents of air high up against the clouds…I am thankful.
95. The rushing river water reminds me that there is a river of living water that is being poured into my life and there is a river of life that makes glad the city of God…a river where because of His love and grace we will one day gather…and I am thankful.
96. This is my Fathers world and to my listening ear, all nature sings and round me rings....I am thankful!
