So Thankful...
Today our son turned 20 years old!
I can hardly believe it!
I am thankful to the Lord for His work in our son's life...
Not just recently but every day since he was born.
I am thankful that despite our imperfect parenting skills,
that He has blessed our efforts in raising him to know the Lord and
that he has turned out to be a fine young man who loves the Lord wholeheartedly...
He is such a blessing in our lives.
I am so grateful....thank you Lord!

Having a 20 year old son who loves the Lord in these days is an encouraging thing to read about! Our oldest is now 26 (SO hard to believe) and also loves the Lord. These special boys seem to be harder to find! Love, GAil

A beautiful post! As I sat in the DMV this morning with my 18 year old, I read your post on my phone -- but couldn't comment -- I reflected on my own gratefulness for what the Lord has done and is doing in my son's life -- the blessings, the trials -- all in His hands.
A late Happy B'day to your son. I'm glad that God is faithful in spite of our imperfect parenting.
